An un-managed dedicated server offers the same basic features as a managed server at a reduced rate. With an un-managed server we provide storage, reboots, physical security of the hardware, failed hardware replacement and bandwidth, however additional consulting or support will incur extra charges. We will however, support anything hardware or network related. The following is not covered in our support: any third party software including but not limited to: Control Panel Support, billing software, Scripts etc. Consultation or work requested for third party scripts or software will be billable at $50 per hour with a minimum of 30 minutes.

We will set up your server by installing and configuring the following:

FREE Server Monitoring:
All server are monitored by our Monitoring Service. Monitoring includes: PING, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, IMAP, SMTP, POP3, SSH, Nameservers, mySQL, and other vital ports. It also includes: a robust alerting system using AIM/Page/Cell Phone/E-Mail/Private Messaging System. We will also provide you with detailed graphs of such areas as: Bandwidth, TCP Connections, CPU Utilization, Load, System Processes, Hard Disk & Memory Usage. Best of all our monitoring is FREE with any dedicated server order. So there is no need to pay for an additional outside service to monitor you server.
